Confirmation of Abu al-Fath Khan and Fatimah Khanum's settlement with ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, 1897
Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Riza Khan, the royal steward and son of ‘Isa Khan, states, based on a separate document, that Abu al-Fath Khan (the Brigadier) and his mother, Fatimah Khanum, have sold, on his behalf, two-sixths of the village of Kavan Rud and a garden and two-sixths of a mill in the same village to Haji ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, the merchant from Ganjah, for seven thousand tumans.

Power of attorney given to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan, by Aqa Muhammad Mulazim and Rubab Sultan (permanent wife of the late Mashhadi Muhammad Bunakdar [the wholesaler]), children of Haji Muhammad Isma‘il Dink Abi in order to get back their shares of a stable (known as Makki Stable) and the orchard in front of it, which are currently taken over by the inheritors of the late Haji Muhammad (known as Ahani). ‘Aziz Bayg's daughters' power of attorney and guardianship to Ja‘far Khan
The daughter of the late ‘Aziz Bayg gives power of attorney to pay all of ‘Aziz Bayg's definite debts and resolve other debts through settlements to her uncle, Ja‘far Khan. Petition regarding a garden, 1921
Petition to Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin regarding the documents that Mirza Muhammad Karim should receive (to present in the court) about a garden called Karim (known as Karim Luti garden). One of the documents is a sale agreement of Bibi Kawkab Sultan and Mashhadi Lutf Allah with Sayyid Muhammad ‘Ali ‘Allaf [forage seller] over one-sixth of Karim Luti garden for twenty tumans and the duration of one year.
